Will you demo and remove our current outdoor structure?
Yes, we will handle demo and removal of any current unwanted materials. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and easy from a customers standpoint as possible.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, you can rest easy knowing that your project will be completed by qualified professional. We have all the necessary city, county and state licenses to be full service residential home builders. We are bonded and insured.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we create custom designs tailored to your space, style, and specific needs. We will work with you to create a solution that works for your style and budget.
How do you ensure my project will be built correctly?
In addition to being licensed residential builders we are also factory trained and certified master builders. We know the ins and out of our products, materials and installation techniques.
The majority of our projects come with site visits and a report from a licensed structural engineer. For more complex projects, our on staff architect and engineer work together to ensure your project is not only beautiful but also structurally sound and built to last.
How are you able to be so competitively priced?
We have a win-win philosophy. We believe if we treat people fairly, honor our word and put customer satisfaction first our business growth will be reflective. We are not tied to one product line or material type and never offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Our project manager personally visits with every customer and goes over different material types, construction options and pros and cons of each so our customers can make an informed decision on what is best for them. By working together we are able to craft the best solution to fit your needs and budget.
For those who would like to pay over time, we will work with your bank or credit union to get you approved or you can take advantage of our multiple in house financing options.

Are there any hidden costs? Will my estimate price go up after construction begins?
We have heard too many stories of contractors who quoted a low price only to keep increasing the price throughout the project. We guarantee this will never happen with us!
We believe in full transparency and standing by our word. The estimate you receive is the price you will pay. Everything, including the materials that will be used, the timeframe for construction and the full price of the project is given in writing upfront before construction begins.
The price you are quoted is the price you will pay - period.
What maintenance is required for my project?
Maintenance varies by material. Wood requires staining and sealing, steel requires occasional repainting, while composite, PVC, vinyl and aluminum are lower maintenance and only require occasional cleaning.

Can you build outdoor projects year-round?
Yes, we are fortunate to have a climate suitable to building throughout the year. Occasionally, weather conditions may impact the timeline though this is rare and usually minimal.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes, we take care of obtaining the necessary permits and scheduling inspections to ensure your project complies with local regulations and building standards.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, depending on the material used we offer a warranty ranging from 10 years to a lifetime. We also offer a 2 year workmanship warranty.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issue at all with your project, we guarantee we will work quickly and efficiently to resolve it.
Will you work with my HOA to get my project approved?
Yes, we will work with your HOA to make sure your project is approved by your architectural review committee. We have extensive experience getting project approval from even the most difficult HOAs.

We don't believe you should pay for a project that you are not 100% satisfied with. We take no money out of pocket up front. You do not pay a dime until your project is complete and you are completely satisfied.
Do you offer financing?
